Terms of Service

By creating an account or placing an order through CampusBite OS, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a café or institution, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

• Provide accurate sign-up details, including your name, campus role and roll number or faculty ID.
• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Staff and administrator roles are granted by your café or institution and can be changed or removed by them.
• Some features stay locked until your profile details are complete.

• Prices, availability and preparation times shown in the app are set by the café and can change.
• An order is confirmed when it appears in the kitchen queue with a queue number.
• Cancellations, refunds and substitutions are handled by the café that prepared your order.
• Payment method selection in the app records how you intend to settle; the café confirms actual settlement.

Where your café offers credit, the digital signature you draw at checkout is your acknowledgement of the amount owed. Credit limits are set by the café. Outstanding balances must be settled according to the café's own policy, and repeated non-payment may result in credit being withdrawn.

• Do not place fraudulent, abusive or automated bulk orders.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, orders or dashboards that are not yours.
• Do not interfere with, probe or disrupt the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Do not misuse the AI assistant to attempt to extract data you are not authorised to see.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

We work to keep CampusBite OS available, but the service is provided on an "as is" basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. Features may be added, changed or removed over time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CampusBite OS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Food quality, allergens and preparation remain the responsibility of the café serving you.
